Abstract

L’étude porte sur la place des citoyens dans le rapport crise(s) et finances publiques. Elle cherche à montrer que l’idée selon laquelle le citoyen n’aurait
qu’une place marginale au profit de ses représentants peut être relativisée. Les citoyens peuvent être présentés comme acteurs des crises, et comme
acteurs des réponses aux crises.
The study focuses on the place of citizens of the EU? in the crisis and public finances report(s). It seeks to show that the idea according to wich the
citizen has only a marginal place for the benefit of his representatives can be put into perspective. Citizens can be presented as actors in both crises
and in crisis responses.
