Abstract

The terms of access to Member’s mandate in the french National Assembly will be deeply modified ahead of the next legislative deadlines with objective, to take over the prospects of E. Macron, to have members of Parliament more representatives, more effectives, more responsibles (objectives of the Bills introduced in may 2018) and finally more probes (one of the objectives of the Act for the trust in the political life of the 15/09/17). Reduction in the number of parliamentarians, instillation of a dose of proportional, limiting the accumulation of mandates at the time and finally requirement of probity reinforced to become an MP... on all these points, we will see him often however between the commitments of the candidate’s campaign Macron and the Bills actually deposited, there is a gap, parliamentary procedure, and in particular the need to have an agreement with the Senate for the constitutional reform to parallel lead risk mitigation campaign ambitions even more.
