Abstract

The lawyers little informed about the specificities of the French law often wonder about the use of the concept of dignity and about that of humanity who accompanies hit. This article makes a point on the sense give to this “humanity” which “is at one” with the subject of right.

Les juristes peu informés des spécificités du droit français s’interrogent souvent sur l’usage du concept de dignité et sur celui d’humanité qui l’accompagne. Cet article fait un point sur le sens à donner à cette « humanité » qui « fait corps » avec le sujet de droit.
