abstract: Les paiements effectués en vertu d’un jugement exécutoire par provision éteignent les créances correspondantes. Les créanciers ne sont pas tenus de les déclarer à la succession de leur débiteur qui a été acceptée à concurrence de l’actif net. Ils ne subissent donc pas la déchéance prévue à l’article 792 du code civil.
