abstract: La nullité du testament olographe dont la date est en partie écrite par un tiers, n’est pas encourue si des éléments intrinsèques à l’acte, éventuellement corroborés par des éléments extrinsèques, établissent qu’il a été rédigé au cours d’une période déterminée et qu’il n’est pas démontré qu’au cours de cette période, le testateur ait été frappé d’une incapacité de tester ou ait rédigé un testament révocatoire ou incompatible.
