Abstract

The present paper addresses the evaluation of Corporate diversity policies. Our demonstration suggests that diversity policies can be assessed considering their transformational impacts (on the firm’s discourses, systems of rules and set of practices) and their effects of work performance. We propose a method to operate such measures and we outline an assessment matrix of diversity policies. Paths for future research and managerial implications are presented.
